At Top BYD Accessories Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
